1 Introduction
When you contact us, you share personal data with us. You often provide this yourself, so that we can answer your question or keep you informed of the latest developments. 2. What is personal data?
Personal data includes everything through which we can see or through which we can find out that it is you. This is direct personal data, such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number, but also data through which we can easily find out that certain data or actions belong to you, such as your IP address. When you fill in a form on the website or even when you only visit our website, you provide us with your personal data.

You have the right to ask us which data we process about you. You can submit this request in writing by e-mail. We will then respond within 4 weeks. You then have the right to request us to supplement, correct or delete this data. Unless we are required to retain this information by law. Are your data stored in HaydiGO because you have placed an order with a webshop? Then you can submit a request to the relevant web shops, because they are responsible for the processing of your data.
Do you have a complaint about this privacy statement? Then you are welcome to pass this on to us first. We promise to take your complaint seriously. Do you think we are not doing enough with your complaint? Then you always have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

4. Which personal data does Fullfilment-Software B.V. process?
HaydiGO is warehouse software for web stores. That is why, in addition to the data of our customers, we also process personal data of customers of the web shops that use HaydiGO.
If you are a customer of HaydiGO (or are in the process of becoming one, for example if you request a trial account), we process the following data from you:

– Address data
– Phone number
– E-mail address
– IP address
– Internet browser and device type
– Other personal data that you provide to us by e-mail
If you place an order at a webshop that uses HaydiGO, we will process the following data from you:
– Name
– Address data
– Phone number
– E-mail address
– IP address
– Order history
– Other personal data left in the comments field of an order
– Possibly other personal data that are stored by the webshop in an order
If you use our website, we process the following data from you:
– IP address
– Internet browser and device type
– Visited pages

5. Why are personal data processed?
We only process data insofar as this is necessary for our services.
If you are a customer of HaydiGO, we process your personal data:
– To provide you with the HaydiGO service
– To send you updates about changes to our product or service
– To be able to offer you support and thereby also verify that you are who you say you are
If you place an order at a webshop that uses HaydiGO, we process your personal data on behalf of the webshop. She is responsible for which data is stored and why.
If you use our website, we process your personal data:
– To gain insight into the use of our website so that we can improve it
– To gain insight into which advertising channels are working well and which are not
– To be able to answer your question or to process your request for, for example, a demo

6. How long do we keep data?
If you are a HaydiGO customer, we will keep your data for as long as you are a HaydiGO customer. We also save your contact details afterwards, so that if you become a customer again later, we can help you better. For the financial administration, we are obliged to keep your data for at least 7 years after you have been a customer with us.
We store all data that you store in your HaydiGO account, which we therefore have as a “processor”, until you delete it yourself. If you cancel your HaydiGO subscription, we will delete all data you have stored in HaydiGO after 30 days.
We keep data about website visitors for a maximum of 14 months and make it (pseudo) anonymous where possible.
If you email us, the content of your email will be saved with us. This way we can always look up what we have agreed later.

7. Data Security
We will ensure adequate security of personal data, such as encrypted storage where possible and use of TLS secured connections between our servers and you as a user.
We also take appropriate organizational measures to prevent loss or unlawful processing.
Even if data is stored on servers of sub-processors, we ensure adequate security and guarantee of privacy.

8. Disclosure of data to third parties
We will never sell or rent your personal information. We never provide personal data to other organizations without your permission, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
We do, however, use sub-processors for some parts of the application, who technically also have access to data. You can find out which organizations these are and what we use them for in the overview of processors on

9. Use of cookies
We use functional cookies, for example to determine which user you are logged in as.
In addition, we load Google Analytics, which leaves its own cookies. You can read that under the next heading.

10. Google Analytics
