How do I enter return reasons in HaydiGO?
Log in to your HaydiGO account.
Within your portal, navigate on the left to WMS settings. Click here on “reasons for return”
Click here on “Return reasons”
Click on the blue plus sign at the top right and add a reason to a product list. Save him. Now you can indicate the correct return reason while processing your returns
